Abstract:

The first pregnancy achieved by using Assistant Reproductive technology was recorded on 2008. From then on the need for the legal guidelines to regulate the concerns started reaching unimaginable heights resulting in the enactment of the legislation That is the topic of study which is based on the comprehensive overlook of the Artificial Reproductive Technology ( Regulations) Act which was enacted in the year 2021 with the deeper focus on the legal and ethical concerns in the present era.
